December Happenings

I just released a new pattern "Setsuko" on Ravelry. last weekend. "Setsuko", named after my mother who just passed away on September 29th while I was in the process of writing this pattern. It had a tremendous response on Ravelry, over 500 faves in the first 24 hours, so I think it's a really nice tribute to her. This piece is knitted in Cascade's Eco Alpaca which is this luxurious 100% Alpaca yarn with wonderful loft and subtle halo to it, but enough body to hold the design. Also, I had the Day Brightener Ascot appear in Knits Accessories 2011.
